Today's workout was running.  And it was cold and windy, not much fun...  but I did it anyway!!!

5 minute warm-up walking

Walk/rest 1 min
Run 150 meters 0:53
Walk/rest 1 min
Run 100 meters 0:42
Total time (excluding warm-up) 10:36
