Today's workout was pretty insane.  Have I mentioned that I hate burpees???

5 rounds of:
10 ball cleans (10 lb ball)
10 knees to chest
10 burpees
10 kettle bell swings (35 lb kettle bell)
10 weighted lunges (25 lb weight)

Total time 21:57
